It has been our good fortune to have you two supporting our architectural firm for the past five years. You were well aware of the amount of stress and uncertainty that surrounded our move from Albuquerque, New Mexico to Palmetto, Florida. As an architectural and interior design firm our business is totally dependant upon our computers, networking and internet system. You helped make our transition smooth and seamless. Our systems were up and running again within a few days of our arrival in Florida

In a similar situation you provided us with the support and technical expertise required to relocate our offices to Riverside Drive quick and painless last year. Although this move only involved a few short blocks, the amount of preparation and stress was similar. Thanks to your support and technical expertise we were up and running well within schedule

In addition, you provided Vicki with a great deal of support as she developed one of the first architectural project team FTP site in Palmetto as the team collaborated on Riverside Plaza. You’ve also provided a great deal of technical and moral support as she launched the Moore 2 Design website

During the last five years the technical advances we’ve seen in our business have been huge. You have helped us to select new computer hardware many times, and even custom built our workstations when the software became so complicated that we couldn’t purchase a Dell to our specifications cost effectively. And that is the bottom line: you have always helped us to make wise decisions regarding the purchase (or not) of hardware and software systems

On behalf of Vicki and myself, I’d like to take this opportunity to personally thank you both and say that we anticipate working with you for a very long time to come. Your services have proven to be cost effective, you are prompt on the scene when we have an emergency, and you are both so very pleasant to work with.
